Regular delivery to mainland UK postcode addresses:
FREE delivery for orders over £39 (excluding sheet paper and spray paints). Delivery time is usually 3 to 5 working days. (excluding weekends).

Orders under £39:
Delivery charge will be £7.95 (excluding sheet paper and spray paints). Delivery time is usually 3 to 5 working days. (excluding weekends).

For all sheet paper product orders:
Delivery charge will be £7.95.

For all spray paint orders:
Delivery charge will be £7.95.

Delivery to Scottish Highlands:
Delivery charge will be £18.00.

Delivery to Scottish Islands:
Delivery charge will be £24.00.

Non-mainland UK addresses and oversea:
Please call us for a quotation.

We are happy to give a credit note or refund for any unwanted items returned to Bristol Fine Art in a fully saleable condition within 14 days of receipt of your order. Shortfalls or order errors should be registered within 7 days.

Once you've received your order, if you wish to return your goods, for any reason, please contact us to arrange this. 
If you are returning your goods for reasons other than faults or damage, you will be required to cover the costs of returning the goods to us. 
If your order qualified for free delivery and you are returning your goods for reasons other than faults or damage, we reserve the right to deduct up to £10 from your refund to cover our delivery charges. You will be informed of this deduction before it is actioned.
