Returns Policy

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Checkout“ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We are happy to give a credit note or refund for any unwanted items returned to Bristol Fine Art in a fully saleable condition within 14 days of receipt of your order. Shortfalls or order errors should be registered within 7 days.

Once you've received your order, if you wish to return your goods, for any reason, please contact us to arrange this. 
If you are returning your goods for reasons other than faults or damage, you will be required to cover the costs of returning the goods to us. 
If your order qualified for free delivery and you are returning your goods for reasons other than faults or damage, we reserve the right to deduct up to £10 from your refund to cover our delivery charges. You will be informed of this deduction before it is actioned. 
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
